How does it work?
It is quite possible that you are not aware of the power and personal influence you have in your company or association you belong to. Quite likely they hire outside speakers for conferences, educational seminars, rallies, special training etc. People who are in charge of those events, very often have no idea whom they should invite.

Help the meeting planner!
If you recommend a good speaker and provide them with reasonable information supporting your choice, they will be very grateful to you!

But here is the best part: if you refer me, you will not only feel good about yourself (believe me, in their eyes you will be almost a hero!) - you will receive 25% referral fee You will get a finder's fee check in the mail immediately after the job is completed.

There is none. I just believe in referrals much more than in any other form of marketing. In addition, when a speakers bureau secures and engagement for me, I pay them 25% -- why not reward you as well?
